From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select the tab to display the Batch Process for User Code Settings.
Select to update the All User Codes or a Team of User Codes.
Check the 
box of the settings to be updated. Multiple Items can be checked at the same time.
Once all options are selected and additional information added, click the 
button and select to Preview or Final.
Note: JST recommends that you preview before you finalize the batch because there is no undo of this process.
